About Holly
Let me introduce myself- I’m Holly.
Country Victoria has always been my home. I was born and raised in Mildura, studied in Melbourne and Bendigo and ever since have called Bendigo home.
I have set up my consulting rooms to provide comprehensive physiotherapy care to complex cases.
I aim to provide detailed assessment and improve the day-to-day lives of people. I’ve found over the years that I don’t need fancy gym equipment or a lot of space… just attention to detail and careful listening skills to really work out where the problem lies. I love doing research to problem solve a new case, and working with people to sort through their movement issues.
Since graduating uni in 2007 I have moved between public and private health care to get a broad understanding of the Australian health care system.

Here’s a list of conditions I find myself dealing with regularly:

-
Low back pain, sacroiliac pain.
-
Peripheral nerve pain, e.g. Sciatic pain.
-
Neck pain
-
Joint hypermobility
-
Headaches & Migraines.
-
Shoulder pain following mastectomy.
-
Persisting pain following rib cage trauma, chest drain insertion.
-
Rib cage movement dysfunction associated with respiratory illness eg asthma.
-
Jaw (TMJ) pain, teeth clenching and grinding.
-
Complex shoulder issues
-
Dizziness and vertigo
-
Post-concussion and head trauma
-
Ante-Natal and Postnatal assessments for pelvic instability
This list is just a starting point though. It’s an extensive list because over the years, I’ve learned that to deal with one issue properly you need to look at the whole body. I often deal with people who have been through a number of treatment modalities with no relief. I enjoy working out complex cases and urge you to get in touch if you think I might be able to help. If I can’t, I will point you in the right direction.
